Description We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Modernization Project Manager/Lead to oversee and drive complex projects in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of project management principles and technical expertise in modern infrastructure solutions. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity is perfect for an individual eager to lead impactful initiatives while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.

• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate effective project planning and execution.

• Provide technical guidance in areas such as network architecture, enterprise storage, and data center environments.

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.

• Lead communication efforts with stakeholders to maintain transparency and address concerns.

• Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure modernization.

• PMP certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project settings.

• Expertise in network architecture, enterprise storage, and data center environments.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with computing environments and related technologies.
