    Description

    Our client is seeking to add a Director of FP& A to their team due to growth. This individual will oversee the FP& A functions for the entire organization. This includes management reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's goals of growth and cash flow improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing/Construction or like industry. A focus on pricing, margins, and contracts is preferred due to the nature of the business. This position offers the ability to lead a team and is highly visible to the C-Suite. Building reports, presenting, and working with multiple departments is required.
