Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Hendersonville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial strategy, analyzing performance, and delivering insights that support business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and planning tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning strategies to align with organizational goals.

• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports to support executive decision-making.

• Create and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key metrics.

• Utilize Adaptive Insights to streamline planning processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives.

• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Monitor and manage corporate budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

• Evaluate potential risks and opportunities to inform strategic planning.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting methodologies.

• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the health or biotech industry.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

• Expertise in using Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize financial processes.
