    Schedule:

    Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a thorough Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support our company’s accounting operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

    + Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

    + Maintain general ledger and update financial records

    + Prepare and post journal entries

    + Assist with payroll processing and tax filings

    + Generate basic financial reports for management review

    + Support annual audit and tax preparation activities

    + Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices

    + Maintain confidential financial information

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

    + Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    + Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
