Description We are looking for a skilled and dependable Senior Accountant to join our team in Leesport, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will excel in managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate journal entries and financial documentation.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, verifying invoices, processing payments, and monitoring aging reports.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.

• Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and summaries to support decision-making.

• Process franchise royalty reports and payments on a monthly basis.

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.

• Support payroll operations, including processing, deductions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to meet organizational and compliance needs.

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all records. Requirements • Proven experience with month-end close processes and general ledger management.

• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.

• Ability to handle tax documentation and support year-end financial activities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks.
