• Enterprise Applications Manager

    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee and enhance our enterprise systems, driving integration and optimization across departments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage key platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce while mentoring a small team and collaborating closely with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day technical execution, ensuring systems are scalable and effective.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the company’s internal business applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

    • Lead and mentor a small team, providing both technical guidance and leadership to support their development.

    • Oversee integrations between core systems, finance tools, reporting platforms, and third-party SaaS solutions.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

    • Monitor system upgrades, enhancements, and overall performance to ensure seamless operations.

    • Implement best practices for data security, integrity, access controls, and system documentation.

    • Handle complex application issues, acting as the primary escalation point and managing vendor relationships.

    • Drive automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and improve reporting capabilities to support business growth.

    • Ensure systems are aligned with organizational goals and scalable for future expansion.

     

    Requirements • At least 7 years of experience managing business applications in a production environment.

     

    • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing applications, systems, or teams.

    • Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite, including administration, module configuration, workflows, and integrations.

    • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, and integrations.

    • Strong background in managing system integrations using tools like iPaaS, APIs, middleware, or native connectors.

    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

    • Familiarity with additional SaaS platforms such as billing, procurement, or marketing automation is preferred.

    • Certifications in NetSuite or Salesforce are a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
