Description

We are looking for a skilled Attorneyto join our team on a contract basis in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role involves conducting detailed legal reviews, managing data-driven processes, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive data review methodology, including training team members on execution processes.

• Conduct thorough reviews of approximately 50 data fields for each customer account, with varying time requirements based on account type.

• Perform legal assessments to validate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Develop progress and quality dashboards to monitor customer data and decisions derived from governing documents.

• Create structured documentation to capture activities, decisions, and outputs for reference and reporting.

• Conduct quality control reviews of data outputs, maintaining 100% QC initially and adjusting thresholds as agreed.

• Generate detailed reports to track progress across the initial set of 1,000 customer accounts.

• Work within a secure environment to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

• Provide detailed burn-down status updates to ensure transparency in project completion timelines.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• Prior experience reviewing complex agreements.

• Exposure to contracts and agreement validation processes is highly preferred.
