Description We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days onsite and one day remote each week.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Process orders and manage data entry tasks with precision.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of products to assist customers effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to business standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Adapt to evolving processes and systems to improve service delivery.
• Uphold business casual dress code while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of order entry systems and processes.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with onsite and remote days.
