Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms.

• Manage and maintain social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

• Update and monitor website content to align with brand and marketing goals.

• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure brand messaging is cohesive.

• Collaborate with marketing partners to support joint campaigns and initiatives.

• Adhere to established brand guidelines in all content creation and communication efforts.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative. Requirements • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

• Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.

• Ability to create and curate content tailored to different audiences.

• Knowledge of social media strategies and best practices.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing calendars and deadlines.
