Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse workforce. This position requires expertise in managing multi-state payroll and full-cycle payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.

• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including data entry, calculations, adjustments, and reporting.

• Utilize payroll systems such as Paychex and Workday to handle payroll tasks efficiently.

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

• Generate and distribute payroll reports to support business operations and decision-making.

• Handle payroll tax filings and ensure accuracy in reporting.

• Reconcile payroll data to maintain consistency and resolve discrepancies.

• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation.

• Stay updated on changes in payroll policies and regulations to maintain compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and procedures.

• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paychex and Workday.

• Familiarity with payroll tax filings and reporting requirements.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and accounting teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle payroll discrepancies.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance standards.
