Talent Manager Finance & Accounting

JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Manager for our Finance & Accounting practice in the Fort Worth office. This role is ideal for a sales driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering talent solutions that make a measurable impact for clients.

Talent Managers operate in a team based environment and are responsible for developing and growing business with new and existing clients. This role is heavily focused on business development and client engagement, while also overseeing recruiting and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

You will market Robert Half’s services through outbound outreach, virtual meetings, and in person client visits with accounting and finance leaders. You will partner closely with recruiting resources to identify, interview, and match highly skilled accounting and finance professionals to client projects, contract assignments, and contract to full time opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include managing ongoing client engagements, maintaining strong relationships with consultants and candidates, providing career guidance, and representing Robert Half at local Fort Worth business and networking events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business development within the Fort Worth market

• Build and expand relationships with accounting and finance decision makers

• Lead client meetings, intake calls, and solution discussions

• Create and manage job orders from intake through placement

• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver top accounting and finance talent

• Manage active client engagements to ensure high service levels

• Provide ongoing communication and career support to candidates

• Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce

• Participate in local networking, association events, and market outreach

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 1 plus year of finance, accounting, banking, or related experience preferred

• 2 plus years of business development or sales experience in a metrics driven environment

• Proven success developing new business in a multi call, multi decision maker environment

• Experience marketing to and closing hiring managers at small to mid sized businesses

• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and CRM tools such as Salesforce

• Familiarity with accounting and finance department operations
