Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping for various accounting properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, accounting skills, and software expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Utilize Yardi Voyager software to handle property management accounting tasks effectively.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Collaborate with outside accounting teams to manage financial operations for multiple properties.

• Develop and implement mid-range formulas in Microsoft Excel to streamline financial analysis.

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining detailed records.

• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Monitor financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager software for property management accounting is required.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and use mid-range formulas.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with external accounting teams.
