Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance and foster a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing talent, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

• Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to enhance efficiency and growth.

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

• Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment efforts and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

• Administer benefits enrollment for new hires and annual open enrollment, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Lead performance management initiatives and oversee employee development programs to promote career growth.

• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies, mitigating legal risks.

• Drive change management initiatives and support organizational transitions to maintain productivity and morale.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR and business goals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.

• Experience in a matrixed or multi-site organization is an advantage.
