Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and consolidation efforts in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting practices, including US GAAP, and a proven ability to manage audits and reconciliations effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with public accounting experience to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.

• Manage and coordinate financial audits, working closely with external auditors to achieve timely and accurate results.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes to provide clear and actionable insights.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accounting principles in all financial activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and address complex accounting challenges.

• Lead the implementation of best practices for consolidations and reporting processes.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to early-career accounting staff to support their growth. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and its application in financial reporting.

• Proven experience in managing financial statement audits.

• Expertise in account reconciliation and consolidation processes.

• Background in public accounting is highly preferred.

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
