    Our client in Bloomfield is seeking a customer-focused Call Center/Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with inquiries, order information, and service requests

    + Accurately enter and update customer data in company systems

    + Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

    + Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments

    + Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong computer proficiency with CRM and order management systems a plus

    + Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment

    + Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
