Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale real estate and construction projects within an enterprise environment. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and meet project constraints. As part of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a long-term contract role based in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex real estate and construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.

• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members to foster accountability and effective collaboration.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive measures to address potential challenges.

• Prepare and deliver detailed status updates and stakeholder reports, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate consensus-building across teams and organizations while developing contingency plans for critical project aspects.

• Promote and apply best practices in project management methodologies, adapting approaches to fit unique project requirements.

• Drive decision-making and problem-solving by acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and project teams.

• Conduct lessons-learned reviews to continuously improve processes and team capabilities.

• Utilize Agile project management standards and tools to manage scope, schedule, risks, and budgets effectively. Requirements • Proven experience managing large-scale real estate and construction projects within an enterprise setting.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

• Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities, including the preparation of stakeholder updates.

• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with financial services and budget planning processes.

• Knowledge of best practices in project management and strategic planning.

• Experience working with C-Suite executives and senior leadership to drive project success.
