• Customer Service Representative

    Robert Half Office Team (Minneapolis, MN)


    Description

    + Conduct 30-50 calls to existing product users to check satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.

    + Provide support for both Ostomy and Continence product lines, handling some incoming calls as required.

    + Professionally converse about sensitive health topics and product usage, ensuring a mature and empathetic customer experience.

    + Utilize the Patient Assistance Program to facilitate free supply distribution for eligible consumers and resolve issues via website chat.

    + Manage and accurately document every consumer interaction in CRMs, ensuring data quality and self-auditing in compliance with established procedures.

    + Record and process product complaints, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive results.

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2-4 years of healthcare customer service and/or sales experience, or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.

    + Proven ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and empathetically, including navigating difficult conversations.

    + Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams; intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Strong Spanish-Bilingual communication skills.
