Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This role is essential in providing financial insights and support to our healthcare organization, ensuring accurate reporting and effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a strong ability to analyze data and streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

• Prepare and review month-end close reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals.

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and identify trends.

• Analyze variances between actual and projected financial results to offer recommendations for improvement.

• Support the preparation of presentations for senior leadership to communicate financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Partner with the VP of Finance to execute financial strategies and meet organizational objectives.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, with a focus on month-end close processes.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry financial practices is preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
