Description We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Buford, Georgia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in growing revenue by building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries to generate leads and drive sales.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their goals.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and industry trends to better serve clients.
• Manage sales pipelines, track activities, and regularly update company systems with accurate data.
• Aim to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Address customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals successfully.
• Provide exceptional follow-up and service throughout the sales cycle.
• Create detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in inside sales, retail buying, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to maximize sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Demonstrated skills in increasing revenue and driving annual sales growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
• Proficient in tracking and managing sales activities using CRM systems.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to secure deals.
