    Donaldson's Aerospace and Defense product group has a compelling opportunity for a Product Specialist II. This role is responsible for a variety of activities within the Product Management team, including, but not limited to, product portfolio maintenance and special project support. This position will work with both internal and external customers and global collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, procurement, and operations teams.

     

    This role is ideal for an individual who has a blend of technical and commercial skillsets, is customer-focused, data-driven, and thrives in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Product portfolio maintenance and support

     

    Low margin review

     

    NPD product management task support

     

    KPI tracking

     

    Support data integrity efforts across master data / attributes fields within ERP databases

     

    Collateral/Product Documentation review and maintenance

     

    Support customer requests for product and materials inquiries and activities

     

    Lead or participate in special projects as required

     

    TRAVEL: Ability to travel ~5% as required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or related field

     

    3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, or Marketing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude

     

    Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

     

    Ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers

     

    Previous experience working with databases (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

     

    Annual Salary Range: $65,400 - $83,300. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
