Job Title: Account Coordinator/Order Entry
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers and collaborate internally with various departments. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with warehouse and freight carrier contacts while contributing positively to a team environment.
Responsibilities
+ Communicate across a large cross-section of customers and internally with the Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting Departments.
+ Maintain a close working relationship with warehouse and freight carrier contacts regarding customer orders.
+ Provide backup support and coverage for other Customer Service Representatives when necessary.
+ Receive a high volume of incoming orders via telephone, email, and fax, accurately input order details into a complex business system (SAP), research customer requests, and follow-up in a timely manner.
+ Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, shipping details, invoices, returns, and other customer-related queries.
+ Reconcile purchase order and order discrepancies promptly.
+ Run and review reports daily and as requested.
+ Contribute time and input to special projects as assigned.
+ Assist in developing processes and procedures to enhance job efficiency and compliance.
+ Collaborate with Account Managers on customer updates and specific inquiries.
+ Manage a consistent book of business, handling 200-250 customers at a time.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 1-2 years of order entry experience with a professional demeanor.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP experience is preferred.
+ Ability to perform basic Excel formulas (SUM, AVG, etc.).
+ Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle a fast-paced, stressful environment with multitasking and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with data entry and order entry processes.
+ Experience in building long-term customer relationships.
Work Environment
This position is based in a corporate environment with individual cubicles. The role involves interfacing with Product Managers. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The company offers a great environment and culture, with potential for yearly bonuses and merit-based pay increases once hired permanently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.08 - $23.08/hr.
