    What Is the Opportunity?

The Sales Enablement Operations role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, consistent, and effective execution of sales enablement across the organization. This role is responsible for the day-to-day "run-the-business" functions that keep the enablement engine operating at a high level — from maintaining resources and reporting packages to coordinating and supporting cross-functional collaboration. While the role is tactical in nature, its impact is strategic: by ensuring processes, resources, and reporting are consistently delivered, this individual enables sales leaders and field teams to focus on what matters most — driving profitable growth. In this role, you will help to create the structure, reliability and operational excellence that enable the broader sales organization to succeed.

    What Will You Do?

+ Council Coordination – Manage all logistics, agendas, and follow-up to ensure field perspectives are captured and represented.

+ Content & Resource Development – Build, update, and maintain sales tools, presentations, and playbooks that support execution.

+ Microsite Management – Oversee and provide governance of the enablement resource hub, ensuring content is current, accessible, and easy to navigate.

+ Cross-Functional Support – Partner with Communications, Marketing, and Learning & Development and other SSUs to ensure consistent, field-ready process and resources.

+ Consolidated Reporting – Consolidate program metrics into a clear, timely enablement reporting package for leadership.

+ Run-the-Business Execution – Own the recurring processes, governance, and maintenance that ensure stability, consistency, and operational excellence across Sales Enablement.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

+ Proven ability to develop, maintain, and manage sales content, presentations, and resources.

+ Experience managing content platforms or resource hubs (e.g., enablement microsites, SharePoint, intranet sites).

+ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage recurring operational processes.

+ Ability to consolidate data and metrics into clear, timely reporting for leadership.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality.

+ Experience partnering with Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or similar shared service units.

+ Strong organizational skills with experience managing recurring operational processes.

+ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    What is a Must Have?

+ Four or more years of insurance, marketing or sales / sales operations experience.
