Position Overview
The Senior Director, M&A Integration will lead the end-to-end integration of acquired businesses, ensuring strategic alignment, operational readiness, and cultural cohesion. This role is pivotal in translating deal objectives into measurable outcomes, driving synergy realization, and enabling seamless transitions across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Execution
+ Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies and playbooks for multiple transactions.
+ Oversee all phases of integration—from due diligence input through Day 1 readiness and post-close optimization.
+ Developing and delivering survey post integration to identify learnings and improvements Cross-Functional Leadership
+ Identify and coordinate internal integration team/resources and develop/drive integration approach across business units, and functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations).
+ Establish governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting frameworks for integration success
+ P roactive stakeholder management
+ Conduct QBR sessions on achieving integration success with the executive teams
+ Developing consistent reporting mechanism for GLT/XT members as well as the board.
Synergy & Risk Management
+ Define and track KPIs for synergy realization and integration success.
+ Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
Due Diligence Support
+ Partner with deal teams to validate operational, financial, and cultural fit.
+ Incorporate diligence findings into actionable integration plans.
Change Management & Culture
+ Drive cultural alignment and employee engagement throughout integration.
+ Develop communication and change management strategies to support adoption
Technology & Operational Integration
+ Coordinate IT system migrations, data integration, and process harmonization.
+ Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and operational efficiencies
Team Leadership
+ Build and mentor a high-performing integration team.
+ Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
+ Undergraduate degree and MBA (preferable)
+ 1 0 plus years of proven experience in the M&A deal leadership and integration in the technology sector, which could include banking, consulting or private equity experience
+ Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
+ Proven leadership and program management skills with the ability to work and build consensus with multiple cross-functional teams
+ Ability to quickly adapt to changes resulting from a dynamic and growing business environment.
+ Self-starter with flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust near-term role to business needs
+ Comfortable with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to achieving impact
+ Positive attitude and understanding of the GlobalFoundries culture
+ Excellent interpersonal, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior leadership and external partners / counterparties
+ Strong strategic agility, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to deal with time pressure
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Expertise in financial modeling, synergy tracking, and operational planning.

Expected Salary Range
$197,000.00 - $343,000.00
