Why This Role Matters
GeoStabilization International (GSI) operates in high-risk, high-consequence construction environments where system failure is not an option. We are seeking a senior-level ERP Systems Manager to own and operate our construction systems backbone, with primary accountability for Trimble Viewpoint Vista ERP and the B2W suite (Estimating, Track, Project Management).
This is not a coordination role, t his is a hands-on ownership role for a proven operator who has implemented, stabilized, and scaled Vista in live construction environments and understands how disciplined systems execution directly impacts job cost, payroll accuracy, margin protection, and operational velocity.

This role has clear runway into senior systems leadership or IT leadership as GSI continues to scale.
Responsibilities
System Ownership & Stability
+ Serve as the senior subject-matter expert and functional owner for Viewpoint Vista and B2W.
+ Own production stability, providing Tier 2/3 support, rapid triage, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
+ Lead incident response, vendor escalation, resolution, and post-incident documentation.
End-to-End Construction Workflow Integrity
+ Own system integrity from job setup through estimating, project execution, job cost, payroll, and financial close.
+ Govern Vista configuration, master data, and internal controls supporting job cost, payroll, and financial reporting.
+ Establish and enforce scalable standards for security, roles, permissions, and reference data.
Integrations & Data Discipline
+ Own end-to-end data flows across Salesforce, Zendesk, B2W, and Vista.
+ Validate integrations, mappings, and data quality across jobs, cost codes, labor, equipment, and users.
+ Proactively identify data integrity risks before they impact operations or finance.
Change, Releases & Adoption
+ Partner with Estimating, Operations, Accounting, and IT leaders to translate business needs into clear requirements, test plans, and releases.
+ Maintain a prioritized enhancement roadmap aligned to measurable business value.
+ Lead UAT, cutovers, communications, and post-release validation.
+ Deliver training, onboarding, and durable documentation that drives adoption—not shelfware.
Vendor & Stakeholder Leadership
+ Serve as the primary escalation point for Trimble Viewpoint Vista and B2W.
+ Communicate system changes clearly, operationally, and with discipline - no surprises to the field or finance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in construction environments.
+ Senior-level, hands-on experience implementing and supporting Trimble Viewpoint Vista ERP in production.
+ Demonstrated ownership of production support, incident triage, and vendor management.
+ Experience troubleshooting integrations, data mappings, and cross-system workflows.
+ Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proven ability to operate decisively under time-critical, high-pressure conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Hands-on experience with B2W Estimating, Track, and/or Project Management.
+ Deep understanding of construction job cost, payroll, and accounting workflows.
+ Salesforce experience supporting CRM-driven job setup and downstream execution.
+ Comfort with basic SQL and cross-system data validation.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in theWestminster, CO office (https://maps.app.goo.gl/cBfTcyP14SJaSVVV8) 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
