Job Duties & Responsibilities
+ Client-specific Content Creation and Management: Tailor foundational sales materials to individual clients' pain points and needs. Develop high-quality tailored sales material, including playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and training materials.
+ Training and Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
+ Technology Implementation: Manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline sales operations
+ Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and fine-tune sales processes
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
+ Performance Analysis: Monitor sales enablement metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve sales productivity
+ RFP Management: Own and manage the entire RFP process, including developing a streamlined workflow, coordinating with subject matter experts, creating and maintaining a response library, and ensuring timely and high-quality RFP submissions. Continuously refine the RFP process to improve efficiency and win rates.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, marketing, or training roles
+ Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement technologies
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
+ Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
+ Experience with content management systems and e-learning platforms
+ Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
