Position Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. This position serves as a liaison between customers and the organization, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication.

Main Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

+ Coordinate day-to-day functions of restaurant services, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for distribution center operations

+ Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guides, new processes, and contingency plans

+ Own credit and claims processes for the Distribution Center

+ Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to investigate inventory variances

+ Establish and maintain connections with restaurant managers, vendors, and personnel in field office positions within the local market

+ Act as a liaison between the customer, the Supply Chain Manager, and the Distribution Center

+ Facilitate alignment among our internal stakeholders regarding customer communications, ensuring that changes to processes and procedures are communicated effectively

+ Guarantee compliance with quality procedures during the delivery process

+ Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field and five 5+ years of experience in the food industry and 0-1 years of supervisory experience

+ Three (3) years or more administrative-type experience working with customers.

+ Fully bilingual (Spanish-English)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Power Point and Outlook

+ Demonstrated proficiency in other software programs such as WEB ordering systems

+ Demonstrated problem – solving skills

+ Detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills

+ Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
