    Healthcare IT Imaging & Deployment Technician

     

    Join a high‑impact healthcare technology rollout supporting the deployment of advanced diagnostic workstations for radiologists. This is a hands‑on role for experienced IT professionals who excel in clinical environments and want their work to directly improve patient care.

    What You’ll Do

    + Image, configure, and deploy Windows‑based radiology workstations

    + Install clinical applications, calibrate diagnostic monitors, and set up peripherals

    + Conduct onsite readiness checks (network, power, ergonomics) prior to installation

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment

    + Document workstation builds, asset details, and deployment progress

    + Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow integration

    + Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and security standards

    What You Bring

    + 5–7 years of congruent experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or healthcare IT

    + Strong knowledge of Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM or similar)

    + Solid hardware, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting skills

    + Professionalism and confidence in clinical or hospital environments

    + Excellent customer service, communication, and end‑user support abilities

    This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
