Description

Manager needs someone to help on a short term project totaling around 80 hours, mainly to migrate from Citrix load Balancers

• Experience with APM, and ASM BIG.IP modules

• Experience with maintaining and configuration of BIG-IQ manager.

• Working knowledge using Linux operating systems: RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu

• Knowledge of Ansible or other automation technologies

• Understanding of web services and REST APIs

• CCNA or CCNP Routing and Switching certification

• Experience with VMware and virtual security appliances

• Thorough knowledge of networking routing, switching, firewalls, authentication services and load balancers.

• UNIX/Linux system administration experience

• Experience with network security products and protocols

• Strong knowledge of networking principles

• Excellent verbal and written communications

• Working knowledge of Python, Bash or other scripting languages

• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of varying priority

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, or an engineering focused field.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant F5 experiences with BIG.IP administration, module configuration and life cycle management.

• Understanding of networking at all layers of the OSI model.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
