Junior Data Analyst (2 Openings)

About the Role

Join a well-known insurance company as a Junior Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience or coming off an internship who is sharp, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You’ll work on ETL processes and SQL-based data solutions within a collaborative Scrum team of 10 members, supporting multiple projects that drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for enterprise data systems.

+ Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

+ Assist in modifying and maintaining existing databases and data pipelines.

+ Test and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

+ Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to meet data requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

+ 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience considered).

+ Strong understanding of ETL concepts and SQL.

+ Familiarity with Python and cloud database environments is a plus.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly.

+ Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.

+ An early-career professional with hands-on experience in ETL and SQL.

+ Someone who has completed an internship or entry-level role in data analytics or engineering.

+ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
