    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking four **Legal Operations Processors** to support the **Summons & Subpoenas** team in **Legal Services** within the **Chief Operating Office (COO)** . For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .

    In this role, you will:

    + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    + Interact with internal customers

    + Negotiate with external customers to assure resolutions and deadlines are met

    + Perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks

    + Provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists

    + Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirement

    + Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions

    + Seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on customer needs

    + Support various operational tasks relating to subpoenas, and other legal documents representing Wells Fargo

    **Location:** 1305 W. 23rd Street, Tempe, AZ

    **Shift:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. AZ; Monday – Friday

    + Shift is subject to change, and may include overtime, or weekends, based on business needs

    **Training:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. AZ; Monday – Friday

    + Duration: Approx. 6-8 weeks

    + In-depth on-the-job training, and coaching, to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services will be provided

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Ability to consistently meet or exceed business goals with high production and quality standards, while fostering a team-oriented environment

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environment including collaborating effectively, balancing multiple priorities, and making timely, independent decisions to achieve results

    + Ability to work independently with sound judgment including proactively and innovatively problem-solving to meet enterprise needs

    + Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and deliver innovative solutions while managing end-to-end workflows from assignment through completion

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders, including internal and external legal counsel, while maintaining integrity and professionalism across the organization

    + Strong collaboration and influencing skills; effective in matrixed, cross-functional environments and at all organizational levels

    + Strong project management and organizational leadership skills including driving complex enterprise initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and proactively identifying operational, legal, and project risks to ensure timely, accurate delivery

    + Extensive legal operations experience interpreting statutes and legal documents, processing legal orders across jurisdictions, collaborating with in-house and outside counsel, and supporting litigation

    + Financial services experience

    + Knowledge and understanding of processing and handling summons and subpoenas

    + Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to work additional hours as needed

    + Ability to work weekends as needed or scheduled

    + Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations

    + Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
