Our client - a growing manufacturer in the beauty, personal care, and home care space - is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor to lead site-level quality systems and support regulatory compliance.

**Type:** Direct Hire

**Location:** Roanoke Metropolitan Area, VA

**Salary:** $70K - $90K DOE

Duties:

+ Lead and develop a Quality Assurance team, promoting a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement

+ Manage deviations, nonconformances, CAPAs, and change controls impacting product quality

+ Own internal audit programs and support external audits and inspections

+ Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards

+ Oversee quality documentation, training programs, calibration, and complaint handling

+ Track and report quality metrics and drive sustainable corrective actions

+ Partner cross-functionally to align quality objectives with business needs

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

+ 4 - 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (OTC, cosmetics, personal care, pharma)

+ 1 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

+ Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, ISO standards, and eQMS platforms

+ Audit or quality certifications (ASQ CQA, ISO Lead Auditor) a strong plus.
