    Highlights of the Role

    + **Safety Leadership:** Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.

    + **Operational Efficiency:** Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.

    + **Quality Assurance:** Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.

    + **Personnel Management:** Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

    + **Project Coordination:** Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.

    What You Offer

    + **Industrial Experience:** 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision preferred.

    + **Technical Qualifications:** Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.

    + **Tech-Savvy & Safety Knowledge:** Proficiency with CMMS/computer applications; safety regulations knowledge.
