    Overview

M365 Copilot growth is one of the most strategically important investments at Microsoft, and the clarity and efficiency of our operation is paramount to our success. As a **Principal Product Manager** in the E+D Growth team, you will lead modernization of the M365 Copilot Growth Rhythm of Business (ROB) for the division – driving clarity, customer focus, automation, and efficiency across our processes. Your mission is to shift team’s energy from creating collateral to focusing on critical thinking, customer success, and outcome-oriented execution. You will design systems that automate generation of scorecards, funnel views, and executive updates; all while ensuring insights remain fresh and actionable with minimal manual lift.

This role partners deeply with product leaders across E+D - including M365 app teams, Windows, Edge, and the IDEAS team - to set and deliver Copilot growth targets, increasing depth of Copilot usage across the suite. You will bring together data science and research – quantitative and qualitative perspectives – to create a unified view of performance across all product funnels in E+D. This requires working across many levels of the organization, including with VP and CVP level leaders across the division.

This role requires a deep understanding and curiosity of how AI technologies can modernize how we work. Our goal is to leverage our own AI products to build workflows that we can take to our customers as an example of how Microsoft uses its own AI technologies to modernize our operations. You will have visibility at the most senior levels of what we can accomplish; and, where we fall short, we will live our growth mindset values and improve until we deliver a breakthrough.

This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
