The team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Azure Revenue to support worldwide strategic analysis and financial rhythms for our Azure partnerships. This critical role requires business partnership with Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to drive overall business health and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities
Prioritze
+ Support key financial rhythms across a variety of stakeholders including marketing, engineering, and finance leaders.
+ Recognize and understand underlying business and market drivers and the competitive landscape across cloud platform products.
+ Provide growth analytics and guidance on opportunities to improve business performance.
+ Leverage frameworks and story-telling techniques to drive clear and simple messaging for executives.
Protect
+ Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes.
+ Implement corrective measures. Supports questions regarding documentation, policy adherence, and requirements.
+ Recommend approved instruments and processes. Remains current on all company policies and procedures and updates others.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Excellent cross group collaboration skills including the ability to comfortably communicate with executive management at Microsoft
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple inputs across many stakeholders, prioritizing the effort on main drivers
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves rapidly.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
