    Vanguard (Malvern, PA)


    We are seeking a Service Innovation Product Manger to define and build products that serve our Plan Sponsors, Consultants, and B2B Operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of service delivery for plan sponsors and Vanguard crew that serve our clients. An area of emphasis will be plan and benefits insights that incorporate AI capabilities.

    Core Responsibilities

    + Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and prioritize features over a multi-year horizon

    + Translate Strategy into Action: Partner with Experience, Analytics, and Operations leaders to align product goals with strategy and client needs. Collect “voice of” insights on plan sponsors, participants, and Vanguard service crew to shape priorities and sequencing of releases

    + Product Delivery & Backlog Management: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories to ensure delivery teams focus on the highest-value work

    + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across B2B / Sponsor, Operations, Contact Center, and Platform teams to gather input, manage expectations, and communicate progress

    + Measure Impact: Define success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust priorities based on data and feedback

    + Champion the User Experience: Advocate for plan sponsors, consultants, and crew by ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.

     

    Qualifications & Skills

     

    + Experience: 5+ years in product ownership, product management, or related roles; familiarity with agile delivery preferred

    + Domain Knowledge of Workplace Solutions / B2B Operations: Understanding of plan sponsor, consultant, and Client Relationship Team processes and priorities

    + Strategic Thinking: Ability to shape near- and long-term priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps

    + Stakeholder Management: Skilled at influencing across functions and lines of business

    + Analytical Skills: Comfort with data insights and visualization to communicate outcomes and inform decisions
