Position Overview
The Leadership Transformation Manager designs, develops, and delivers blended leadership development programs and solutions that optimize managerial and leadership growth and effectiveness. The individual in this role develops high-impact leadership development solutions with a true appreciation for audience needs and adult learning principles, thoughtful design, and keen focus on alignment with business and learning strategies and facilitates programs in a highly engaging manner that optimizes the participants’ experience and development.
A Day In The Life
+ Establish critical partnerships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain insight, conduct needs analysis, and recommend leadership development solutions.
+ Design, revise and update management and leadership development curriculum, materials, and other learning resources and curate learning content aligned with learning objectives.
+ Facilitates in-person, hybrid and virtual instructor-led programs, learning circles, etc.
+ Manage program implementation such as participant communication, program logistics, evaluation, follow up, etc.
+ Assess, recommend, and implement leadership development processes, programs, tools, and resources from third party vendors.
You'll Come With
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree. An advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources is preferred, but not required.
+ Certification in assessment tools such personality preferences and training programs such as Situational Leadership is a plus.
Experience:
+ At least 5+ years demonstrated experience in developing, designing and managing corporate-wide learning programs, with engaging and relevant learning elements to include classroom, e-learning and other related strategies.
+ Retail, hospitality, quick service or other equivalent industry experience a plus.
+ Proven experience in designing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Expert facilitation skills, effectively leading instructor-led programs, workshops, team events, etc.
+ Strong understanding and application of adult learning theory and best practice training design models such as ADDIE.
+ In-depth understanding of leadership theories, frameworks, principles, and practices.
+ Ability to partner and collaborate across the business
+ Strong project management skills to successfully drive project plans, milestones, tasks, deadlines, etc. Must be able to respond to multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Proven ability to manage multiple and diverse projects that may be strategic and/or tactical in a fast-paced, often changing, environment.
+ Proven experience measuring training key performance indicators to ensure compliance, effectiveness and return on investment to the organization.
+ Ability to conceptualize and take full ownership of a project and work collaboratively to see it through strict timelines. Self-directed and highly motivated to make a difference.
+ Strong proficiency working in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project and e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate and Captivate.
