The Sales Operations Coordinator supports sales teams for an assigned location(s), with adminitrative and general support of sales business systems and BI analysis. These include assisting with general queries and data extraction from commonly used digital platforms and associated BI analysis. Responsible for keeping abreast with business system enhancements. This position works under moderate supervision and typically reports to a Sales Operations Lead or a Manager for the assigned location(s).

+ Gains operational proficiency with S&C digital platforms and BI dashboards.

+ Supports sales end-users with their business system operational queries, data extraction and analysis requests.

+ Keeps abreast with business system changes and digital enablement resources.

+ Monitors accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information in sales business systems.

+ Prepares high quality summaries, progress updates and data analysis for direct manager.

+ Coordinates meetings and S&C office communications.
