Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning through play-based, developmentally appropriate experiences that foster creativity, confidence, and curiosity.   Position Summary This position is from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of outstanding educators. Experience working with infants though pre-k age groups is highly desired. Our teachers coordinate the daily operations of their classrooms, plan and evaluate educational activities, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.   Minimum & Preferred Qualifications * Minimum Requirement: CDA or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. * Preferred Qualification: Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. * Must meet background check eligibility. * Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. * Completion of state-mandated preservice training. * Knowledge of State Licensing, Texas Rising Star (TRS), the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and/or Cognia standards is a plus. * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for classroom and child safety needs.   Job Responsibilities * Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes all areas of development. * Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. * Use technology and iPad apps to document children's learning and milestones. * Partner with families through regular communication and progress updates. * Demonstrate excellent classroom management and positive redirection strategies. * Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Goddard standards. * Collaborate with co-teachers and administrative staff to uphold school policies and best practices.   What We Offer * Competitive Pay: $14.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications) * Comprehensive Health Benefits: Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance * Childcare Discounts: Free or discounted tuition for up to two children  * Paid Time Off: Up to 20 days per year, including paid holidays * Professional Development: Access to Goddard Systems University (CEUs) * Supportive Environment: Strong leadership and collaborative culture   Join Our Team If you are a compassionate and motivated educator who values curiosity, creativity, and connection, we'd love to hear from you!
