    Cage & Club Rep - Nugget Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town & Lakeside (Pahrump, NV)

    Description:

    Summary:

    Responsible for performing varied cashier functions and explaining Players Club activities in a pleasant, efficient, and timely manner.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    + Maintain an accurate balance in assigned bank

    + Cash tickets and personal checks for currency

    + Redeem foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for the various currency received

    + Maintain a working knowledge of the facility, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible

    + Assist other Cage and Club Representatives as needed

    + Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club in order to effectively explain to guests

    + Resolve minor guest conflicts related to Players Club

    + Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings

    + Accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports

    + Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained

    + Distribute program coupons to guests and redeems coupons as necessary

    + Issue comps to guests when appropriate level of play has been achieved

    + Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

    + Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    + Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred

    + Prior experience working in a team or group environment

    + Ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times

    + Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal

    + Able to accurately perform basic math skills

    + Must be at least 21 years of age

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

    + Verify right to work in the United States
