MANTECH seeks a **Visual Solution Architect** to join our Proposal Team. This is a hybrid position and requires on-site presence in Herndon, VA on an as-needed basis.

This critical, hands-on role serves as the bridge between technical solutioning and visual storytelling for GSA AAS (Assisted Acquisition Service) bids and oral presentations. Unlike a standard graphic designer, the Visual Solution Architect translates the technical "what" and "how" into the customer's "why" and collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Architects, and Orals Coaches to architect high-end, high-scoring PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ **Lead Advanced PowerPoint Development:** Serve as the primary developer of high-end, dynamic oral proposal slide decks.

+ **Visual Storytelling and Asset Creation:** Translate complex technical solutions into intuitive, high-impact visuals and infographics, creating supporting graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator/Photoshop).

+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Actively participate in solutioning sessions and work with SMEs, Orals Coaches, and Proposal Managers to refine content and visualize concepts in real-time.

+ **Requirement & Strategy Translation:** Deconstruct solicitation requirements into compliant, compelling, and scoring-focused slides.

+ **Compliance, Consistency, and Quality Control:** Manage slide content development to ensure strict compliance with solicitation formatting, corporate standards, and message alignment across written and oral volumes, including final desktop publishing and technical editing.

+ **Ad-Hoc Support:** Assist with marketing materials, brochures, templates, and project content as needed between major proposal efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in proposal development, solution architecture, or information design within the Federal Government contracting space.

+ Experience supporting AAS/FEDSIM oral proposals is strictly required.

+ Expert/Master level in PowerPoint (Ability to build templates, manipulate vector assets within PPT, and manage large decks).

+ Expert in Illustrator and Photoshop.

+ Strong Word and Excel skills for compliance matrices and content coordination.

+ Ability to translate "engineer speak" into clear business language and visuals.

+ High tolerance for pressure and strict deadlines typical of the proposal environment.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
