CTG is seeking to fill a MuleSoft Architect position for our client.
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Duration:** 12 months
**Job Type:** Contract
W2 Candidates only. Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.

The MuleSoft Architect will transform AIS solution documents into comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) that define integration architecture for enterprise systems. This role includes designing API-led connectivity patterns, documenting interface specifications, and addressing security, performance, and compliance requirements. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to decompose designs into epics and user stories, enabling efficient development and delivery. Success requires deep MuleSoft expertise, strong design documentation skills, and the ability to lead reviews and maintain versioned artifacts.
Duties:
+ Architect and lead Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions and middleware standards.
+ Translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures.
+ Design production and non-production middleware environments.
+ Support installation, configuration, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting of middleware platforms.
+ Partner with developers and stakeholders on tactical and strategic integration initiatives.
+ Identify and promote emerging technologies including Cloud, DevOps, automation, blockchain, and IoT.
Skills:
+ Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) architecture
+ Middleware platforms: IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco, **MuleSoft**
+ Linux and Windows environments
+ Integration patterns and enterprise system design
+ DevOps and automation practices
+ Cloud and hybrid integration architectures
Experience:
+ 8+ years in application architecture, middleware, or enterprise integration
+ **MuleSoft expertise**
+ Experience supporting complex, highly integrated enterprise systems
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
