CTG is seeking to fill a Project Controls Professional III position for our client.
**Location:** Richland, WA
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Provide project controls support for large, complex, multi-disciplinary capital projects.
+ Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules and cost estimates.
+ Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope, WBS, and deliverables.
+ Prepare Level 1–5 schedules using Primavera P6.
+ Develop logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules and cost forecasts.
+ Monitor cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).
+ Perform schedule, cost, and variance analysis to identify risks and impacts.
+ Support recovery planning, change management, and corrective actions.
+ Prepare schedule and cost performance reports, including critical path analysis.
+ Support development of accurate Estimates to Completion (ETC) and cost-to-complete forecasts.
+ Maintain project controls data and ensure configuration control throughout execution.
+ Participate in project, safety, and stakeholder meetings as required.

+ Project controls, scheduling, and cost control
+ Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement
+ Primavera P6 (advanced scheduling)
+ Schedule analysis, cost forecasting, and variance analysis
+ Project reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
+ Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Eight (8) years of project controls or project management experience **OR**
+ Associate degree with nine (9) years of experience **OR**
+ High school diploma or GED with eleven (11) years of experience
+ Formal training in Primavera P6 or another project management system required
+ Experience supporting capital projects with budgets of $25M+ preferred
+ Project Management or Earned Value certifications (PMP, CAPM, SP, RMP) preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $77.00 to $107.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
