Description
As an E⁃Commerce Coordinator you will be responsible for many tasks needed to make our E⁃Commerce sites (retailer.com and brand.com) run smoothly and to help drive drive sales, new customer aquisition and growth in the Market.
Retailer.com Responsibilities
• Support the completion of custom templates required for new product set up/updates online
• Help re⁃name files, re⁃size or edit existing assets to adhere to vendor guidelines
• Complete regular site audits to ensure accuracy of product information, content gaps/enhancements, promotions and marketing effectiveness
• Complete competitive research daily to help identify trends and report any key findings
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly analytic reports that monitor website performance, sales and overall status of database, etc.
• Collaborate with cross⁃functional teams to understand new initiatives and share learnings and insights based on reports pulled
• Help maintain competitive and historical trackers ⁃ including marketing calendars and other planning tools
• Help sustain strong partnerships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure any actionable changes are executed accordingly in a timely manner
• Participate in regular touch bases and meetings to ensure any gaps and/or opportunities identified are executed accordingly
• Advocate for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow
• Advocate best practices to ensure all programming and activations are executed optimally
• Additional ad⁃hoc projects/duties as required from management
Brand.com Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports that monitor website performance, sales, traffic, and overall status of database, etc.
• Executive or collaborate with brand NA online teams on site content updates and new initiatives
• Perform daily site audits and QA to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience
• Determine recommendations/cross selling for products
• Help sustain strong partnerships with all key stakeholders to ensure any actionable changes are executed accordingly in a timely manner
• Participate in regular touch bases and meetings to ensure any gaps and/or opportunities identified are executed accordingly
• Advocate for streamlined processes that will help create efficiencies and improve workflow
• Advocate best practices to ensure all programming and activations are executed optimally
• Responsible for competitor tracking and monthly reporting.
• Organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes. Cascading important communications and follow ups to the stakeholders.
• Study trends in ecommerce and digital media, research popular digital media platforms, study emerging digital media tools and observe how often those platforms and tools are used. Make recommendations of how to apply this knowledge to our Brands.
• Research the target audience that the business is attempting to reach and work with the Consumer Engagement team to offer plans on how ecommerce will work best for brands and their business model.
• Works closely and effectively with the cross functional team members, keeping members well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications
• Commercial awareness, numerate and analytical with experience and exposure in a retail trading environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally and confident in leading both internal and external meetings.
• Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business in line with sales targets.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Experience in Fashion & Beauty preferred but not essential.
