Expertise and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing IV-D services. · Strong organizational, budgeting, accounting, oral and written communications, and analytical skills. · Efficient operation of a personal computer, developing and maintaining complex financial spreadsheets and databases. · Ability to learn quickly and independently. · Creative problem-solving ability with a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
