Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree and Must have 2 years of relevant work experience or

+ Associate's Degree and Must have 4 years of relevant work eperience or

+ High School Diploma/GED and Must have 5 years and relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

+ Experience with distribution electrical equipment Preferred

+ Supervisory Experience Preferred

+ Understanding of the Work Management System and Logica software Preferred

+ Distribution Engineering experience including distribution design, computerized layout design, company mapping systems, cost estimating, budget preparation and PVL

+ Preferred

+ Knowledge of Electric Operations, which includes equipment, cable and splicing, associated with underground and/or overhead installation and associated construction standards Preferred

Skills and Abilities

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

+ Demonstrated analytical skills

+ Possesses strong technical aptitude

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

+ Ability to read small print and symbols

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Walking, climbing, driving and site visits are required

+ Must have a valid driver's license

+ Must be able to travel within the Company's service territory
