    Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel located in North Conway, is looking for a Full -Time Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson.

     

    We want you to join our team at the Fairfield Inn and Suites!

     

    The Hotel Preventative Maintenance Tech - Houseperson is responsible for assisting the maintenance engineer with the hotel’s building and grounds and the operation of its hotel rooms, to make sure they are guest ready.

     

    You will also do Houseperson duties which include – cleaning and maintaining guest common areas. Assisting the front desk or Bistro with any needs they may have.

    Pay: $18- $20 Per Hour

     

    Shift: Full – Time - Evening /Night Shifts- must have weekend availability

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Reviews maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.

    + Performs preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.

    + Services the hotel’s pool including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.

    + Janitorial Duties Include: Trash, Cleaning public spaces inside & outside of the hotel.

    + Janitorial Duties of guest common areas.

    + Assist guest needs as they come in from the Front Desk and Hotel Bistro

    Requirements

    + Valid Drivers License

    + Strong Attention to detail

    + Experience in a hotel, preferred but not a requirement

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting and servicing up to his/her ability is a PLUS

    + Pool testing certification- Is a PLUS

    + Weekend availability is required

    + Ability to work Independently and with your team
