    Job Description:

    + Maintain current code levels and perform upgrades as needed.

    + Ensure host compatibility with ONTAP versions prior to ONTAP upgrades

    + Perform day to day allocation/cleanup/troubleshooting activities

    + Monitor Netapp arrays for capacity concerns and propose/implement solutions

    + Open support cases with vendor and act as POC for support issues.

    + Data Infrastructure Insights SME and Workload Factory SME from NetApp

    + DII is critical to FSxN monitoring, alerting, and capacity management

    + Upgrades and configures both DII and Workload Factory

    + Works with SRE to develop the Golden Signals dashboard

    + Develops required reports and dashboard to monitor and report on configuration drift

    + SME with OnTap and FSxN. Provides input and direction on alerting thresholds and configuration items.

    + Helps in troubleshooting FSxN performance issues.

    + Performance upgrades to DII and Workload Factory

    + Developing Cost Savings Dashboard for AWS/FSxN

    + Data Infrastructure Insights SME and Workload Factory SME from NetApp

    + DII is critical to FSxN monitoring, alerting, and capacity management

    + Upgrades and configures both DII and Workload Factory

    + Works with SRE to develop the Golden Signals dashboard

    + Develops required reports and dashboard to monitor and report on configuration drift

    Position Details:

    + Pay Rate / Range:_____$49.59-59.59______
