Job Description
We are seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve in a hybrid role combining Programmatic Change Control and Program Support within complex, multi-stakeholder programs. This role operates independently and applies sound judgment to deliver high-quality work products that support program governance, operational execution, and controlled change—while contributing to the successful implementation of Oracle products and technology.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of industry best practices, program governance, and multiple business processes or technology designs within an Oracle product or technology family. This role partners closely with Program Managers, PMO, Finance, and functional stakeholders to evaluate program impacts, support decision-making, and ensure programs remain aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and customer objectives. The position requires the ability to balance structured governance with the flexibility needed in dynamic consulting environments.
Responsibilities
Programmatic Change Control & Governance
+ Operate and support formal change control processes, including change intake, documentation, impact analysis, approval workflows, and tracking.
+ Independently assess impacts to scope, schedule, budget, resources, and technical design associated with proposed changes.
+ Prepare change materials, recommendations, and supporting analysis for Change Control Boards (CCBs) and executive governance forums.
+ Ensure approved changes are accurately reflected across program plans, Oracle delivery artifacts, financial forecasts, and reporting tools.
+ Maintain audit-ready documentation, decision logs, and governance artifacts in accordance with Oracle methodology and client requirements.
Program Support & Consulting Execution
+ Provide day-to-day program support to Program Managers and engagement leadership across large, complex Oracle implementations.
+ Develop and maintain core program artifacts such as integrated schedules, action trackers, dependency logs, and decision registers.
+ Deliver quality work products independently while adhering to Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
+ Act as a key coordination point between delivery teams, PMO, Finance, and client stakeholders.
+ Translate complex program, financial, and technical information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and clients.
+ Support executive-level communications, program reviews, and steering committee presentations.
+ Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance program performance.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
