The
SAP Cross-Functional Lead is responsible for providing functional integration
oversight across multiple SAP modules to ensure end-to-end business process
alignment, seamless solution design, and successful program delivery. This role
works closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams,
and project leadership to drive integrated designs, manage cross-functional
dependencies, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives, performance
expectations, and compliance requirements.
KeyResponsibilities:
+ Lead cross-functionaldesign discussions across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM,PM, IBP, TM).
+ Ensure end-to-endbusiness process alignment and integration across workstreams.
+ Validate functionaldesign documents, configuration work, and WRICEF specs across modules.
+ Identify processinterdependencies and provide guidance to mitigate functional conflicts.
+ Act as a singlefunctional point of contact between business leads and SAP workstreams.
+ Conduct requirementworkshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis for integrated processes.
+ Support businessprocess harmonization, standardization, and template deployment.
+ Work closely with ABAP,BASIS, PI/PO, BTP, and integration teams to ensure holistictechnical-functional delivery.
+ Oversee WRICEFdevelopment lifecycle and ensure deliverables align with integratedprocess design.
+ Lead cross-functionalreadiness for cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.
+ Ensure master data,transactional data, and configuration align across modules.
+ Support HyperCare andpost-go-live stabilization across integrated processes.
+ Identify opportunitiesto optimize business processes using SAP best practices.
+ Recommend processimprovements, automation, and adoption of new SAP innovations (S/4HANA,BTP, AI/ML, Fiori).
+ Strong understanding ofend-to-end SAP business processes across multiple modules.
+ Experience leadingcross-functional workshops and driving integrated solution design.
+ Solid expertise inS/4HANA processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce,Record-to-Report).
+ Ability to translatebusiness outcomes into integrated SAP solutions.
+ Excellentproblem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Strong communicationand stakeholder management capabilities.
+ Experience coordinatinglarge, multi-disciplinary teams.

transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest
salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of

into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making
compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location,

organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be
hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for
the tagged location is 130K to 145K per annum.
This
role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation,
bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time
off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to
eligible employees.

earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus,
