Maintenance Associate

Full Time | Day Shift

UMC is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate for our Home office in Neptune, NJ.

Requirements for a Maintenance Associate :

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum two years' experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Documented apprenticeship or vocational schooling in lieu of two years' experience.

Responsibilities for a Maintenance Associate :

+ Required to perform building maintenance which includes minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing duties and apartment turnover.

+ Responsible for completion of work orders as assigned.

+ Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned. Maintaining of Logs for Preventative Maintenance.

+ Responsible for overall cleaning and sanitizing of o?ces, public bathrooms, common areas, kitchen grounds, trash and recycling, apartment turnover and all basic cleaning.

+ Responsible for checking Facilities for Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance assigned, closing out when completed and includes any parts used.
